Our wines are vegan-friendly – we do not use any animal products in our processes. As an organization we strive to use processing aids which are vegan-friendly. Processing aids are removed from the wine through filtration. We conduct analysis to confirm there are no detectable residuals of processing agents left in the wine as defined by applicable regulations.
