"Our reds are indeed vegan friendly - we do not filter or fine our reds, we just ferment them, press them, and barrel age them.
Our white wines are fined with bentonite (clay) and filtered using cellulose filters. They are only stabilized with plant products (cellulose gum) and will therefore be suitable for a vegetarian diet as well. "
