"Nous n’utilisons aucun produit d’origine animale dans l’élaboration de nos vins et le seul allergène est le sulfite (présent en quantité moindre selon le cahier des charges de vinification bio-dynamique).
Malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas nous certifier Vegan car nous utilisons des composts réalisés à partir de fumiers d’animaux (vache, bovins…) et nous avons aussi 5 chevaux sur le domaine pour la traction animale sur certaines parcelles difficiles/impossibles à travailler au tracteur. Ces deux points sont rédhibitoires pour une certification végan.
Dans la nature, le monde végétal ne pourrait pas exister sans le monde animal (et vice-versa)! ou alors il faudrait envisager de fertiliser les cultures végétales uniquement avec des engrais chimiques (nitrates, phosphates, potasse….)."
