"Absolutely no animal products are used, not even minuet traces in the entire
wine making process. We harvest the grapes by hand to ensure that no animals
living in the vines find their way into the wine. (sorry I know that is an
unpleasant thought but it is a true fact that all industrial wines are for
sure with critters included!) :-(
Our wine is stored in Oak barrels for around 18 months before being bottled
into glass."
