"Our wines are made with organic grapes coming 100% from our wine estate. We are members of FIVI (www.fivi.it), the Italian association of indipendent wine grower, it means that we grow our grape, we made our wines fro them and we sell only our wines.
The bottling process is managed also 100% in our wine cellar using paper filters when necessary.
Our wines aren’t certified Vegan but we don’t use animal protein for the stabilization, we mainly use protein coming from potatoes.
We are also finishing in the next days the process to obtain the organic certification on our wines. The first one will be our rosé wine called Corbizzo."
