"As far as I know, there are no animal products used in our wine. The industry sometimes uses casein (milk product), gelatin ( beef product), isinglass (fish product) lysosyme and egg whites etcetera for fining but we do not use those products. We let time in the barrel or cold stabilization in the tank clarify our wines so we have no need for such products."
