"To date, all of our wines have been produced without the use of the substances described. As a growing and winemaking philosophy, we try to avoid excessive intervention. Our grapes are grown organically and wines made with respect for quality - gravity, native yeast, slow extended ferments. This approach tends to minimize additions and excessive handling. However, if necessary to finish or correct the wine, we wouldn't preclude their use."
