"The good news is that we do not use gelatin or isinglass or similar animal-based products in the making of our beers, our filter pads are made entirely of cellulose too - some filter pads contain diatomaceous earth.
However, there is one beer we make, Excelsior! alpHalpHa which is fermented with alfalfa honey."
