"all our beers are vegan and we do not use any animal products in the processing.

"We have previously once made a beer which contained lactose but this was a one-off speciality brew and we advertised the fact that in that particular instance the beer was not vegan.

"In addition a large portion of our food menu is vegan including vegan cheese boards and vegan options for all our pizzas. A number of our staff are vegan and I am 25 years vegetarian and do not eat dairy products."
