Verification Notes

From the importers (June 2011): "The information has been verified with the vineyards and they use Bentonite for fining or filter manually without the use of additives, depending on the varietal. They do not use any animal products in any part of the winemaking process, not even in their compost or fertilizer. As well, our wines are certified organic by the USDA, because the vineyards follow the National Organic Program."
