"As Christian mentioned, we don't use isinglass or gelatin. In fact, we don't filter our beer at all because of what most of those filters contain. We do use lactose and honey, but both of those products have only been utilized in small test batches and one large batch that's still in the tank. If you end up making it this Saturday the only beer that wouldn't be considered vegan friendly (because of the honey) is called 'bumbleweed'."
