"I just got off the phone with Rich, who is a sales/marketing guy. He confirmed that all flavors except the Honey Basil* are vegan. The clarifying comes from a type of paper filter, and the particular brewing process that makes a clearer product. He couldn't expand on "type of paper filter" other than to say that the owner explained it to him several times and that it's definitely vegan."
