"What we use for a fining agent is Bentonite which is basically clay. It is inert as is actually used in a lot of health models/complexes.
Many wine makers are looking for speed and efficiency…. We are in no hurry and never take shorts we always go for the long drive; you see more when you’re not in a hurry. :^)
