"We do not use any animal derived fining agents in our wines. Both of those wines were filtered and fined using pumps and Diatomaceous earth."

"We do not typically use milk or isinglass as a filtration method, our most common method is racking and additional Diatomaceous earth filtration, however we do not have a policy in the cellar that bans the use of isinglass to filter a particular lot of wine, so I cannot guarantee these methods will not be used in processing."
