Company email (December 2012):
"My red wines have no animal products used in their making and have no fining or filtration. So would be ok for vegans.

The pressings components (about 10%) of each of my white wines all have had a gelatin fining and then once settled are returned to the free run juice, and in 2012 my La Prova Pinot Grigio and La Prova Sparkling Pinot Grigio had some casein (milk) fining, so are probably not suitable for vegans.

Ngeringa and Protero, great Adelaide Hills wineries, Kalleske in the Barossa or Battle of Bosworth in McLaren Vale would be good wines to track down, and may have something white to suit."
