Company email (September 2013):
"Our whites go through a fining process that uses a combination of bentonite and casein so we realize these would not be vegan friendly. However our reds do not go through fining and are only filtered... So the three wines that we need to change the status to Vegan Friendly are the 2011 Pinot Noir, 2012 Gamay Noir and the 2010 Reserve Pinot Noir. Moving forward future vintages of the Red wines, Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir will continue to be filtered without any animal products. Should our production methods change with respect to our white wines I will contact you and let you know about the changes."

Company email (November 2012):
"In regards to your questions below our wines do go through a very subtle fining, using a fining agent that contains animal product.

Lastly, our product is all Estate Bottled: grown, produced and bottled on site."
