"Just about every beer we make is vegan, but as you noted there are a couple of exceptions. Sarco is one, but we also make cask-conditioned versions of many of our products that contain isinglass. These will be clearly marked as "cask" wherever you can find them (which is basically our taproom and Tap & Bottle).
"We really hard to list all of our ingredients on the website, so when in doubt feel free to check it out or ask a bartender (if you happen to be in our taproom). It is pretty rare that we use non-vegan ingredients, but occasionally our specialty beers may include something.
"Specifically regarding the IPAs that we produce, Sarcosuchus is the only one that we have made with honey or other non vegan ingredients."
