"We only use a honey malt in our Inevitable Ale. It's not straight honey, it's malted barley with honey added in the process, but I'm not exactly sure how it's added.
For filtering we use a cellulose plate and frame style filter.
We don't specifically try to be vegan friendly, I think by default our normal process doesn't call for anything that might make it non-vegan, other than the malt I mentioned above."
