None of the beers brewed by Brewery Techne are fined/clarified with animal products. We do occasionally use ingredients such as lactose, honey and oyster shells in our beers. This is always stated on our menu. All of our beers are currently brewed in house at 1720 Fairmount Ave in Philly.
