"As far as dietary veganism, our beer is clarified using a seaweed product known as Irish moss, we use isinglass and other gelatins in our wines and meads. For pure vegans, all alcohol is produced by use of yeast which is
considered by some to be in the animal world, so for them, there isn't much available as far as alcohol."
