"Our beer contains malted barley, hops, yeast and water. We use mineral salts to adjust the profile of our water and put something called Irish moss (brown seaweed, or carrageenan) into our beer during the boil to help clarify it - this is all removed prior to filtration. No gelatin or isinglass in our beer, with the exception of our cask beers, where we sometimes use isinglass as a clarifying agent. So, all in all, no animal ingredients that we're aware of (except for in the casks).

We make all our beer at our brewery up here in Baysville - no contract production elsewhere."
