"We do use isinglass finings in the beers. Apart from that only hops malted barley, yeast and water.
Unfortunately we have to fine the beer otherwise it takes too long to settle in the pub cellar. If you have a friendly landlord who has the inclination to rack the beer and allow it longer to drop bright then we can provide un-fined firkins of beer."
