"All our bottling is done on site at Painted Rock. There has been no animal products used in the processing/filtration of our wines since 2010.
"With full disclosure, prior to this time egg-whites were used in the fining process of our 2007-2009 vintage red wines. A practice that we have not used since (all wines available on the market are 2014 or later)."
