Vad gäller vårt vin Via del Campo Rosado, så använder vi på NSW inga animaliska produkter vid produktionen. Produkten tillverkas på en och samma plats, dvs här på NSW i Simrishamn, dock kan tillvägagångssätten och produktionstiden ändras lite från gång till gång i och med att egenskaperna hos vinet kan skilja sig från leverans till leverans samt från årgång till årgång. Tillverkningsprocessen av vinet är ett hantverk och bestäms utifrån de specifika egenskaperna hos det aktuella vinet."
