" I asked the manager yesterday and can confirm that they no longer use any animal products in their winemaking process. The wines themselves are vegan. They do have chickens roaming and grazing in the vineyard grounds as natural means of controlling unwanted growth, but also confirmed that these chickens will not be slaughtered at the end of the season for food and will live out their lives."

"We do occasionally use gelatine or skim milk ( casein ) products in our wines. The residual amount left in the wine after filtration would be negligible. But because wines are often blended , we cannot guarantee that there
are no traces of animal byproducts in our wines.
Our wines are not produced anywhere else in the world."
