"Pio Cesare doesn‘t have any kind of official vegan certifications.
Nevertheless, our wines might be consider as “vegans” because we do not fine our wines with any kind of animal additive, including egg whites, isinglass, whey,….
We simply use a small amount of bentonite and proteins from potato (vegetal additive).
In addition to that, our wines contain zero residual of chemicals."
