No animal products are used in the production of our beer from start to finish. We cold filter meaning we simply cool the beer (sometimes called crashing the beer) in the fermenter and most of the particulates fall to the bottom. The remaining settle in the serving tanks or kegs for later removal after all the beer is gone. We do not use paper or any other type of filter.
