"I am the head brewer, and as far as I know no animal products have been used in any of our ingredients. We don't use isinglass, gelatin, or any other fining or filtration agents.
"Our sour starter is grain based with no dairy products. All of our beers are unfiltered, so there will be some amount of live yeast in suspension (like any other non-pasteurized or microfiltered beer).
"We are considering using milk sugar or honey in select brews; if we ever did they would be in small, probably single-keg batches and clearly marked on the menu."
