"I received your email from R.J. in regards to any animal byproducts used in our winemaking process and we do not use egg whites or isinglass for fining here.
We Cold/Heat stabilize everything and use only potassium bitartrate (cream of tartar) and bentonite for fining in addition to filter pads.
Another question you also may want to ask other wineries you will be visiting is if they use milk in their fining processes, as it is another common practice."
