Company email (February 2014):
"I have spoken to Owen Scullion (Brewery Manager) about this and he has informed me that he has used Irish Moss in the past in the Copper. We use isinglass for all of our products (cask, keg and bottles) as without it, we would encounter problems in the filtering process (blocked filter). While isinglass is used in the process, it is not present in the final product. Therefore, even if we used an alternative it would make no difference to the finished product."

Company email (February 2014):
"No animal products are used in the ingredients but isinglass is used in the process when filtering the beer into casks. Our beer is only brewed at Hilden Brewery in Northern Ireland. This may change in the next few years as the demand for our beer continues to increase, we may face capacity issues in 2-4 years.
In 2014, we are starting to export our beer to Central and Eastern Europe and may even look at sending beer to New Zealand and Australia."

Company email:
"Unfortunately we use isinglass in our production process so we are unable to recommend these beers to you for your personal consumption."
