"We use traditional proteinaceous fining agents, which can include milk, eggs and isinglass. We view these more as processing aids as we do test for traces in the finished wine, and have never detected any. The tests are accurate to 0.25 parts per million. But technically animal products have been used in the process even if no traces remain."
