"As far as ingredients go, we adhere to the Reinheitsgebot, or German purity law. This essentially means that the only ingredients we use are hops, barley, yeast, and water.
As far as filtration goes, we do not use isinglass or gelatin. But we do use a product called diatomaceous earth, which is composed of fossilized diatoms (one of the most common types of phytoplankton). I don’t know if that affects your decision much, but to let you know, this product is used in many breweries to aid in filtration."
