"The Barns wines may occasionally be fined with gelatin or eggs... Only very rarely will we use isinglass, though that is an option we occasionally use. Again, I would have to look on a case by case basis. Most of the Barns wines are not treated with fining agents or isinglass. We only employ these winemaking techniques if the wine needs it.
"If a vegan is interested in one of the wines from the Barns, I can always look up the information in the computer and determine if either egg white or gelatin fining has occurred."
