Company email (July 2019)
"...our core line-up of brews are all vegan as well most of our one-off selections. The only brews that would not be vegan at the moment are our Chocolate Milk Stout, and any small-batch brew that contains lactose/milk sugar and/or honey, and we do not have any of those brews on our current menu."

Company email (October 2017)
"We use some organic ingredients but none of our beers are considered organic or vegan at this point"

Company email (August 2013):
"Isinglass is the only ingredient we use that is derived from animals. We only use Isinglass in our cask beer to control yeast. All kegged, bottled and canned beer is free of animal-derived ingredients.

There are occasionally One-Off beers we create that will use odd ingredients such as honey but these beers are made in very limited quantities and are not rebrewed. These would need to be analyzed batch to batch."

Company email (August 2011):
"Our beer is only manufactured at our brewery in Guelph. All of our bottles, cans and kegs do not contain any animal ingredients. We do use isinglass in our cask-conditioned real ale products, but those are only served at bars that have real ale, either served on bar-top or beer engine. Any of our filtered products are vegan friendly!"

Company email:
"The only product that would not be considered vegan friendly is our casked product. (or real ale if you are more familiar with that terminology)
All bottled and filtered product are free from any additives."
