"Our red wines (77% of our production) are vegan but we use Isinglass to clarify our Chardonnay so that wine would not be considered Vegan.
We make & bottle the wines ourselves here in Santa Ynez Valley where we work and live, although our estate vineyard (Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon) is in Paso Robles."
