All of our sauvignon blancs are vegan every year. If we do need to fine our
sauvignon blancs which is necessary every three years or so then we will use
a vegan friendly product.

Unfortunately there is no hard and fast rule for the other varieties we
make. Every year different levels of bitterness are produced in the grape
skins and different treatments are used to make the best wine we can.

As 2011 was a high phenolic (bitter) year the only other white wine we
produced without the use of milk products is Pioneer Block 9 Riesling 2011.
