"We are vegetarians ourselves so we take producing responsible foods
seriously. Our wines don’t have any animal ingredients because we don’t add
any. We minimize all additions including sulfur by working at a small scale
that enables us to take extra time and extra care. The labels on our wines
are made from recycled paper and the inks are water based. Our main vineyard
is certified ‘organic in conversion’. We are also a five star winery."
