"Trinity, and all our guest taps use only vegetarian finings in the filtration process of brewing. For the most part all our beers are vegan. I can't say we will never have a beer with honey or lactate sugar e.g. milkstout, in it but those beers should be more obvious to their non-vegan ingredient."
