What the company told us

Correspondence on record, with the date of each entry.

Company email (February 2019) "To my knowledge we do not use any animal derived products in any beer we are bringing to the dabbler. We have a Honey Hefe we release in the summer but that is the only time we have used a animal I product so far. Definitely no fining agents, or lactose."
