"All our wines are 100% grape and grown and produced here on our property (fully estate).
"I don't currently have any wines on the menu that are not vegan. I use non-animal based methods for fining, which is where you see most wineries use animal-based options.
"However, I don't intend to limit myself to non-animal based winemaking options if they become necessary, so you probably don't want to list our winery on your site, just in case some day I decide that an an animal-based option is necessary in my winemaking."
