"While isinglass is not an ingredient in the wine as it is not a part of the consumable product, we do use it as a fining agent for all of our wines. The wine is racked away from the isinglass and any remaining particles are removed in the filtration process, however there is no way to ensure that EVERY remaining particle is removed during this process.
Currently, 100% of our wines are produced and bottled on site."
