"My apologies for not replying to you earlier. I had to double-check with our
winemaker that all our operations were vegan-friendly before I got back to
you.
No, we do not use any animal products in our processing. We use bentonite,
which is a clay-based fining agent, instead of egg whites, gelatin, or skim
milk.
Our location in Naramata is the only location that we do any processing, so
you can be assured that any and all Serendipity wine products are vegan
friendly."
