Company email (April 2013):
"We do not use animal products, or any artificial additives. We use a cold multi-micro filter which, under high pressure, forces the cider through increasingly finer fabric and paper / fabric sheets until the cider is crystal clear. Our cider is a truly natural fruit product!
We are a 100% BC owned company, hoping (praying actually) to do well in the BC Cider market."
