Alex's email (January 2023): I’ve asked St-Rémy for more info. Company email (January 2023): " We are pleased to inform you that St-Rémy brandies and products (Authentic Vsop, Authentic Xo, Réserve Privée, St-Rémy à la crème, St-Rémy Honey) are gluten free. The nutritional value of St-Rémy Authentic VSOP and St-Rémy Authentic XO is 45 Kcal per 2 cl (67 Kcal per 1oz) glass. At St-Rémy, we sometimes put natural caramel in our brandy for colour adjustment (Caramel Type I / E150a). Also, please note that our brandies are aged in small oak barrels and therefore do not require substantial addition of this nature."
