"Thanks for listing us on your site, but we haven't opened for business yet. The address is actually our brew masters residence. We are in the process of refurbishing our equipment and hope to have it set up and the brewery going by Fall 2010. The beers are good, but the equipment is so expensive and the recession took away our investors.... We have been working on this brewery for a few years and are really close!

The two beer styles that contain honey are: Ayla's Amber and Eric's Red.
The only one that contains white cane sugar is Loki's LemonAle.
The three that should be completely Vegan are: Sleipner's Oats, New World Pale Ale, and Iron Age Lager."

"We understand the concern you and the Vegan Community have. When we started making beer, we were horrified at the selection of additives used regularly by larger breweries! I read that the United State's law allows over fifty-nine chemicals or additives to be used in beer...

We will not use any animal products such as: egg albumin, gelatin, or isinglass in our beers or processes at any time. Also, we also do not plan to filter with DE (diatomaceous earth). We choose to clarify our beers with temperature not finings.

However, three of our beers do contain honey or cane sugar and they are: Ayla's Amber, Eric's Red, Loki's LemonAle.
Sleipner's Oats, New World Pale Ale, and Iron Age Lager should be completely Vegan."
