As of about 5 months ago (Oct 08) we decided to no longer fine our beer with anything, no matter how cloudy it is.

We do occasionally fine our lighter beers to drop sediment out - especially in the first few yeast generations. None of our beers contain any animal products as ingredients, but we may be making a braggot in the future that does. Hope this helps!
