"Como mencionas, salvo la honey todas las demás cervezas que hacemos únicamente usan Malta de cebada o trigo, agua, levadura y lúpulo. Nuestro proceso de filtración es con tierra diatomáceas y placas de celulosa de papel. Si tiene algún ingrediente especial como “La Migra” que contiene piloncillo en la etiqueta o descripción del producto, siempre lo hacemos saber."
[Translation from Rebecca] "As you mention, except for the Cucapá Honey beer, all of the other beers are exclusively produced with water, barley or wheat malt, yeast and hops. Our filtering process is made with diatomaceous earth and cellulose filtering plates. If our product contains any special ingredient, such as "La migra" beer, which contains unrefined sugar, we always label it in the tag or in the product description."
