Fort Collins Brewery is vegan friendly

Thats not to say that we won't experiment with ingredients such as honey in the future but for the time being all of our brews are vegan." " Company Email: "All of our beers are filtered without any animal products being used in the fining agents. When breweries get larger, many different aids are used to increase production rates, reduce costs, etc. We are still a small micro brewery and don\'t take short cuts in our production." Company email: Sept 2007 Our beers do not have any animal ingredients. We brew the old German way with just the pure malt, water, yeast and hops. The only exception is our Major Tom�s Pomegranate Wheat which has pomegranate juice concentrate added. We sterile filter our beer-not pasturized-and have a good shelf life of approx. 100 days. It is better to keep chilled, but not necessary.
