Pour répondre à votre question, nous n’utilisons aucuns produits d’origine animal.
Nous utilisons simplement de la bentonite (argile) pour coller les protéines et du SO2 pour la conservation.
Donc nos vins sont en cours de conversion en agriculture Biologique (3ème années). Nous serons certifiés AB sur le millésime 2024. Mais nos vins peuvent être consommer sans soucis par les clients végan et végétalien. Cependant je n’ai aucune certification pour les végétaliens ou le végans."
