"Here at Johan, we have zero animal products used in our production of wine. Our grapes are certified Organic & Biodynamic, we do not use any animal products in the wine, and do not fine any of our wines. The only additions we do add is a minimal amount of SO2 for preservation, and occasionally some tartaric acid for stability in our Pinot Noir."
